Thanks to years of experience, Brandt + Fernhout has developed a specialization in original stand construction and the design of exhibition stands. Thanks to this experience, we have a good deal of expertise in-house, which enables us to create eye-catching stands.
Working method.
1. Briefing
The input from our customers is extremely important. When we start a project, we first discuss the existing ideas together: what is the objective, what are your wishes and what are the possibilities within the budget?
2. Design
One of our designers will get to work with your briefing. Based on this, he or she develops an original design: a stand that matches the experience that you as a company want to radiate and that clearly shows what you stand for. Of course, we do this with our characteristic creative, innovative and sustainable approach.
3. Presentation
We use advanced CAD systems to design striking stands. During the design process, we strive to present the end result as realistically as possible. This means not only a convincing visual presentation, but also a detailed technical drawing and a lifelike 3D impression. We prefer to present this to the customer in person, but of course a Teams meeting is also possible.
4. Technical Elaboration
Once the design has been approved, we use the same CAD system to create a technical drawing with all the necessary details. We then discuss this thoroughly with our carpenters, so that everyone knows exactly what needs to be done.
5. Contract
Based on the presentation and the associated quotation, we draw up a contract, in some cases even for several years.
6. PRODUCTION + PROJECT GUIDANCE
Once the contract has been signed, we start in our workshop with the production of parts such as towers, counters, eye-catchers and other materials. Our project supervisor will then contact you to discuss the details. This includes things like the artwork, furniture, lighting and any planting, but also facilities such as water, electricity and internet connections.
7. Transport
As soon as all stand components are ready, we transport them with our own transport to the exhibition location, in the Netherlands and far beyond. Whether it concerns the Evenementenhal in Gorinchem, the RAI in Amsterdam, Villepinte in Paris or Messe München: because we carry out the transport ourselves, we maintain maximum control over planning, quality and delivery, wherever you are in Europe.
8. Assembly
The design really comes to life at the exhibition location. As soon as everything has been unloaded, our team gets to work: cables are unrolled, floors are laid, water is connected and rigging is hung. Everything that has been thought out in detail during the preparation now falls into place. The stand grows, layer by layer, from sketch to experience.
9. Completion
We ensure that the stand is ready well in advance, so that we can put the finishing touches together during the completion. This way you can start the fair with peace of mind and fully prepared.
10. Disassembly/ Storage
Sustainability starts for us in the preparation phase. We think about the return process at an early stage and discuss which stand components are suitable for reuse. After the fair, we take everything back with us and carefully store usable elements. This gives the design a second life; good for the environment and for the budget!
11. Evaluation & Further
After the fair, we like to take the time together to look back. What went well? And what can we do even smarter next time? Your feedback is worth its weight in gold, so we take every subsequent trade fair participation to an even higher level.
